By creating a EuroRomantics account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of our European dating platform, your interactions with other members, and your rights and responsibilities as part of this community. Please read them carefully before you register or continue using the service.
These terms are reviewed periodically as our platform evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Who May Join
Membership Eligibility
Membership is open only to individuals aged 18 or older who provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid email address and truthful details about their identity and relationship intentions. Each member may maintain a single active account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, evade moderation, or contact the same individual under a different profile is not permitted. EuroRomantics reserves the right to refuse registration, decline to activate a profile pending review, or close an existing account at its discretion when eligibility requirements are not met, when submitted information appears false, or when continued access would compromise the safety of the community described on our how it works page.

Member Conduct and Prohibited Activity
Respectful Communication
Communicate with courtesy. Messages should reflect the respectful, considerate tone expected of a premium dating community, even when a conversation does not lead to a match or a second exchange.
No Solicitation of Money
Never request or send money, gift cards, or financial assistance through the platform. Any member who asks for funds violates these terms - learn to recognize the warning signs in our guide to spotting red flags and fraud.
No Impersonation or Stolen Photos
Do not impersonate another person or upload photographs that are not genuinely your own. Profiles built on borrowed identities or images undermine the trust every member relies on.
No Automated Scraping
Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect profile data, images, or messages from the platform. Access is intended for genuine, individual human use only.
No Illegal or Explicit Content
Do not upload or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a platform built around serious, respectful introductions between adults.
How Membership Works
Accounts, Membership Levels and Billing
Feature Access
EuroRomantics offers both free and premium membership levels. Free membership provides access to profile browsing, identity-reviewed matches, and introductory messaging across every country community. Premium membership unlocks additional features such as unlimited messaging, video introductions, and priority support, as described in detail on our how it works page. Feature access may change as the platform evolves.
Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds
Premium membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand through your account settings. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards and are handled through our support team rather than issued automatically.
Ownership
Your Content and Our Intellectual Property
When you upload photos, write a profile description, or send messages through EuroRomantics, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and presenting your profile to other members. You retain ownership of everything you submit and may remove it by editing or closing your account.
The EuroRomantics name, logo, website design, matching technology, and all underlying software remain the exclusive property of EuroRomantics. Members may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any part of the platform's branding or functionality outside of normal, personal use of the service.
Where Responsibility Lies
Disclaimers, Liability and Termination
Service Provided As Available
EuroRomantics is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to maintain a reliable, well-moderated platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific match outcomes, or that any conversation will lead to a relationship.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for the conduct of individual members, the accuracy of information they provide, or events that occur during offline meetings arranged through the platform. Members are responsible for their own judgment and safety when meeting in person - see our safety guidance on the FAQ page.
Suspension and Termination
Accounts that breach these terms, including the conduct standards described above, may be suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion, with or without prior notice, to protect the integrity and safety of the community.
